Allto Construction is looking to hire experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our growing team!

Positions Currently Open:

• Excavator Operator with Trimble Earthworks
• Dozer Operator (A Grade) with Trimble Earthworks

We offer:

• Competitive rates paid weekly dependant upon experience. 
• Level 3 up to $50/hr.
• Level 2 $35-45/hr. 
• Level 1 $28-35/hr.

The ideal candidate will:

• Safety-focused attitude with experience working in a construction setting.
• Operate heavy equipment, large or small. Excavator, Dozer.
• Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Working knowledge with reading plans and understanding grades is an asset.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills, written, and verbal.
• Common Core Certified and Worker Safety Awareness would be an asset.
