Allto Construction is looking to hire Skilled Labour to join our growing team!

We Offer:

• Hourly rates up to $45.00/hr.

• Home each night for dinner.
• 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 7am to 4:00pm Friday.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 5+ years experience as a skilled labourer in the excavation and site servicing field.
• Collaborate with the site servicing foremen and superintendent to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Provide hands-on expertise, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• Checking grades during construction using laser, GPS.
• Prepare tools and materials required to ensure they are readily available when needed.
• Attend and participate in Health and Safety meetings and trainings as required.
• Able to follow direction and work unsupervised.
• Knowledge with reading plans and use Trimble GPS equipment.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Safety-focused attitude.
• Must have transportation and a valid G licence.
